The restaurant Es Coll d'Os has a friendly family atmosphere where you can enjoy seasonal cuisine. All the dishes are prepared with our own vegetables, traditionally grown without using artificial fertilizers, in our farm Es Coll d'Os. That is way the kitchen is in harmony with what the earth gives us. Meat and fish also follow the same model/pattern. On the one hand we raise our own lambs, ensuring tender and tasty meat and the fish, on the other hand, comes directly from the coast of Cala Ratjada. 
The restaurant's philosophy is based on a fresh kitchen, modern, first quality products, always seasonal and typical dishes from the island. How could it be otherwise the restaurant Es Coll d'Os also offers their customers a place that maintains the character of the typical houses from the eastern region of Mallorca.
